How To Play

With precision, guide Sonic through a series of highly challenging levels that are full of hazards, enemies, and secret places. Use the left, right, up, down arrow keys or WASD to move and hold down the jump button to perform a double jump to reach higher platforms. Collect rings—as long as you have rings, you are invincible—and power-ups such as Spin Attack or Homing Attack to vanquish foes. So, stand at the front, drop traps for others, fight through the games, and face all danger on your way to the level finish.

The game was launched toaster interventionally and soon garnered the cult following caused by its difficulty and addictiveness in gameplay.
